We rent yearly for our annual kids day celebration. We always have an obstacle course and bounce house. All enjoy the event. We use the obstacle as the beginnings of our mini fire fighter challenge and when they exit they roll hose pull a hose and carry something. The set up crew arrived just slightly early of the proposed time they would be there but set up was quick and easy as the crew had everything needed to get going (other than the hoses which I was supposed to supply and did). The kids all loved both the slip n slide and the bounce house with the water slide. Naturally, since they were wet inflatables cleanup was a little tedious with the mud around them (also there was due to a misunderstanding about how "clean" they needed to be). However, once the staff got there for pickup it was quick and easy and I didn't have to lift a finger at all. Would definitely rent again.

Everything was great, with one exception. Your automated emails got annoying and then left me worried. I had been told to pay the final balance at our event, but a couple of the emails that kept coming said we haven't received your balance. They made it sound like you weren't going to bring the inflatables because we hadn't paid the balance. However, Dana was wonderful in reassuring me that everything was alright and that I could pay the balance at the event. She was very easy to work with.

This is the second time we have used All Blown Up and had a great experience both times. The water slide we rented worked great. The workers were there early to deliver and it only took them 20 minutes to set it up!

I had originally tried to get a rental through another company because their price was cheaper but they did not return my call and it took them 4 days to respond to my email and facebook message. I was happy to see that you offered a summer discount. It was well worth the extra money to see all the happy faces at my daughter's birthday party. They were up and down the slide all day and it helped keep them cooled off in the heat! Thanks so much, we will definitely rent from you again!
